Transition is especially important in the summer months as we support children to move on to a new provision or school.  It is important that any disruption to their learning is kept to a minimum and so assessment records will need to be passed on to the new provider to continue the child's learning journey.

This course is a moderation session, which will look at observations and make agreed judgements on children's learning, including agfreement triallling activities to support this transition process.
